Refund Policy

At The Little Sensory Studio, we understand that plans change and things don’t always go as expected. We aim to be fair and transparent with our refund and cancellation policy.

Sensory Programs & Casual Sessions

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: You may request a transfer to another available session or receive a credit to use within 3 months.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or non-attendance: Unfortunately, no refunds or credits can be offered due to preparation and limited spaces.

  • Missed sessions in multi-week programs cannot be refunded or rescheduled unless due to exceptional circumstances (at our discretion).

Birthday Parties

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Final payment is due [e.g. 7 days] before the event.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the party date are not eligible for refunds.

  • We are happy to reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice (subject to availability).

Sensory Kits & Products

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handmade and custom kits, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily replace or refund where appropriate.

How to Request a Refund or Credit

  • Please email us at lianne@littlesensorystudio.com with your order or booking details and reason for the request. We will review each case fairly and respond within 3 business days.
