Make your child’s special day unforgettable with a sensory-rich birthday party experience designed just for them! At The Little Sensory Studio, we offer beautifully curated, play-based parties tailored to your child’s unique interests and favourite themes — from dinosaurs and construction to fairies, nature, and everything in between. Our hands-on sensory setups are thoughtfully created to encourage exploration, creativity, and connection in a safe, inclusive environment. Each party includes: 🌿 Themed sensory play stations 🌿 Open-ended materials for creative exploration 🌿 A calm, engaging space for children aged 1–6 🌿 Set-up, pack-down, and all sensory materials included 🌿 Options for indoor or outdoor settings Our parties are perfect for young children of all abilities, with a focus on meaningful play, joyful celebration, and plenty of mess-free fun for parents! Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the party date. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 14 days before the party may transfer the deposit to a future booking (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 14 days of the party are non-refundable. In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your party where possible. Guest Numbers Standard pricing includes up to 10 children ($360). Price for 11-20 children is $480. Additional guests may be accommodated with prior approval and an extra fee ($10 per child). Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. Set-Up & Pack-Down We provide full set-up and pack-down of all sensory play stations. Access to the venue must be available at least 1 hour prior to the party start time. Supervision & Safety Parent/carer supervision is required at all times during the party. While all care is taken to provide safe and age-appropriate activities, participation is at your own risk. Theming & Customisation Party themes are created in consultation with the family and based on the child’s interests. Please notify us of any specific requests or needs at least 2 weeks in advance.
